Delivery area
We deliver within Germany, to the member states of the European Union (including Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and other EU countries) and to the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada.

Free shipping applies only to deliveries within Germany with an order value of 50.00 € or more and to Austria with an order value of 89.00 € or more. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada), customs duties and import taxes may apply; these are paid by the recipient.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged. All prices shown are final prices.
Shipping carrier
All orders are shipped with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number (tracking link), so you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

The delivery time starts once payment has been received (for prepayment / bank transfer) or once the order has been completed (for payment methods that take effect immediately, such as PayPal or credit card). For deliveries outside Germany, customs formalities may extend the delivery time. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs are charged for them.
Payment conditions
Accepted payment methods
We offer the following secure payment methods:
- PayPal – payment via your PayPal account. Your account is charged immediately after the order is completed.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) – secure payment by credit card. Your card is charged when the goods are shipped.
- SEPA bank transfer / prepayment – you transfer the invoice amount to our business account. The goods are shipped once payment has been received (usually 1–2 business days after the transfer).
- Apple Pay – fast and secure payment with Apple Pay.
- Klarna – payment via Klarna. The Klarna options available to you are shown during checkout.
- Pay by Bank – payment directly from your online banking. Your account is charged immediately after the order is completed.
No additional fees apply to any payment method. Payments are processed by our certified payment service provider Mollie (PCI DSS compliant). Your payment data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored by us.
Due date
The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
Retention of title
The goods delivered remain our property until paid for in full.
