Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days
- for service contracts, from the day on which the contract is concluded;
- for purchase contracts, from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods;
- for several goods in a single order that are delivered separately, from the day on which you received the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Return of the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after declaring your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
Cost of returning the goods
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- custom-made or personalised products;
- digital content if performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly consented and confirmed that their right of withdrawal expires as a result.
Damaged or defective products
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by these withdrawal instructions.
