General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Zentrum für Prävention und Ernährung and the customer.

§2 Services
The subject matter includes:
– Nutritional counselling (online and in person)
– Prevention programmes
– Digital information products
– Online courses
– Sale of nutritional supplements

§3 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation and receipt of payment.

§4 Prices
All prices are final prices inclusive of applicable fees.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged.

§5 Payment Terms
Payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment service providers offered at checkout.

§6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see separate Cancellation Policy).

§7 Liability
Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

§8 Advisory Notice
The services offered are for prevention and nutritional counselling purposes only and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

§9 Final Provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
