Description

5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a precursor of the body’s own messenger substance serotonin. Biogena 5-Hydroxytryptophan 100 contains 5-HTP from an extract of the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. Do not take together with antidepressants or other serotonergic medication; if you take medication, please consult a doctor before use.
