Long-term metabolic support
Strategic Guidance at the Highest Individual Level
This 6-month program is designed for individuals who are not looking for a single consultation, but rather for a structured and continuous development of their metabolism and nutrition.
After the initial consultation, a systematically structured support program begins with clearly defined adjustment phases.
What Does the Initial Consultation Include?
At the beginning, a comprehensive analysis of your current nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and — if available — your laboratory results is conducted.
You will receive:
- a detailed metabolic assessment
- a professional InBody body composition analysis
- evaluation of muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, and basal metabolic rate
- assessment of possible nutritional deficiencies
- an individually developed nutrition concept
- a concrete action strategy for the coming weeks
Structure of the 6-Month Support Program
The program includes three structured follow-up consultations at intervals of approximately two months. During these sessions, your metabolic development is carefully reviewed, documented, and strategically adjusted.
Additionally, three further InBody body composition analyses are conducted. This allows objective monitoring of your body composition and metabolic progress throughout the entire program.
The first three months focus on intensive nutritional guidance with close support and targeted adjustments.
The following three months focus on stabilization and long-term integration of new routines within a hybrid support model with strategic fine-tuning.
